I've been a private client with Integrated Care for about ten years. I've come with my wife, and I've had three of my kids get care at the office for their own challenges as young adults and as kids going off to college. I've referred a select number of my friends who have had private addiction issues as well as couple issues. I came here for a workshop I saw advertised on Facebook. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I had a great time learning how to manage my worries and do a better job of self-care. I learned about self-compassion and yoga and meditation and I thought it was a neat experience being in a group setting with other women who were working through their own issues. My girlfriend and I went here for couples counseling and it destroyed our relationship. Shaina Dente is a horrible counselor. She is misleading and caused problems that didn't even exist prior to going to our meeting. She also talked negatively about me to my girlfriend without me being present. To me that is unprofessional given that this is couples counseling. All I can say is stay far, far away from her and this practice.
