While I had health insurance, I would regularly visit Ki-hun for an osteopathic massage every 4-5 weeks (it's now more infrequent since I no longer have the coverage, but I wish I could go more!). Ki-Hun has been my Osteopath for over 5 years. He is an absolute gem. He has helped me through injury recovery, prevention, and overall general body tightness. He's very knowledgeable and methodical. I highly recommend him. I now drive over 50 kms to see him. Totally worth it!
I tried FSM (Frequency Specific Microcurrent) last year for my seasonal allergies and it really helped. I’ve been a long term severe allergy sufferer and it reduced my symptoms by 90%. I was very skeptical but had enough of the my seasonal allergies affecting my day to day.
