Terribly rude staff and unqualified doctors. I went 6 years ago, sat down with my doctor and was asked "what medicine do you want". He also had a student doctor in tbe room with me, then while she was there asked if it was okay if she observed. It was my first appointment and it made me highly uncomfortable. Terribly unprofessional and low quality doctors and staff. 6 years later I recieved a bill for $14 with a threat to send to collections out of nowhere. This place is a joke and its a shame they claim to help people.
Had an appointment with Dr Whalen at 1pm and told him I had to have my refills today. By 5pm my pharmacy still had not received my prescriptions and no one at IBH was answering calls. This is not the first time I have had issues getting my medication. The girls in the front office are very sweet and professional and I have not had any kind of issue with them
I took off work, drove an hour to be told dr was out,if I don't give 24 hour notice pretty sure they would charge a fee,where is my fee for not getting 24 hour notice? I asked them to email all prudent information regarding appointments, they didn't, said they tried to call but didn't come up as number in phone. So lost money from taking off work and driving a hour...glad I found out what kind place it is early on
Dr. Chiou and Dalton Boley have been beyond helpful. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them and the awesome staff. I’ve been looking for such caring providers since my diagnosis and have never been able to stay on a mental health treatment plan before... until now. They are the first ones that took me seriously on my insomnia and helped right away. Thank you,IBH!!
I really want to like this place, but I have to serious issues with them. First, it's nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone. And don't expect anyone to return your call or pass a message along if you leave a voicemail. I'm not sure if anyone even checks the voicemail here. Secondly, they are terrible at keeping up with referrals, which apparently just amounts to them checking their faxes.
