To echo the other reviews that I’m reading about this place (which I wish I would have done before scheduling appointments) I’ve also had a negative experience with the front desk staff. I had an appointment at 1pm and I live an hour away so I made sure to leave with plenty of time. A few minutes into my drive my car broke down and I had no way to get to my appointment.
