Had an appointment with Dr Whalen at 1pm and told him I had to have my refills today. By 5pm my pharmacy still had not received my prescriptions and no one at IBH was answering calls. This is not the first time I have had issues getting my medication. The girls in the front office are very sweet and professional and I have not had any kind of issue with them

I took off work, drove an hour to be told dr was out,if I don't give 24 hour notice pretty sure they would charge a fee,where is my fee for not getting 24 hour notice? I asked them to email all prudent information regarding appointments, they didn't, said they tried to call but didn't come up as number in phone. So lost money from taking off work and driving a hour...glad I found out what kind place it is early on

Dr. Chiou and Dalton Boley have been beyond helpful. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them and the awesome staff. I’ve been looking for such caring providers since my diagnosis and have never been able to stay on a mental health treatment plan before... until now. They are the first ones that took me seriously on my insomnia and helped right away. Thank you,IBH!!

I really want to like this place, but I have to serious issues with them. First, it's nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone. And don't expect anyone to return your call or pass a message along if you leave a voicemail. I'm not sure if anyone even checks the voicemail here. Secondly, they are terrible at keeping up with referrals, which apparently just amounts to them checking their faxes. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Every person there is the absolute worst - especially the “supervisors.” My son missed an appointment because of severe storms. I called for 2 days before and the day of and left multiple messages - over 24 hours in advance to reschedule per their policy. No return call. Ever. I called back almost a month later to get him rescheduled (my fault I let out go so long - no excuses) and all they wanted to talk about was me providing proof that I called the day before his appointment... read more
