This is for the front desk/office staff. The therapists are wonderful. The front desk, office coordinators whatever you want to call them are an abomination . Was given the wrong location, in writing by one of their “staff” for my sons appointment- which took months to schedule to begin with after many unnecessary back and forth emails to set the initial appt up in the first place. I've been going to this practice for almost two years now. Everyone I've interacted with from Integrated Behavioral Care including my therapist, psychiatrist/psychiatric NP, and front office/billing staff have all been very personable, kind, respectful, and helpful. As someone who has been in and out of therapy for 20 years, this place is a breath of fresh air and how every place should be. I can't recommend them enough.

I wanted to take a quick minute to give praise to the staff that I engaged with from the provider side all the way to billing staff. Nicholas Nashi was extremely professional, caring and able to handle my cognitive needs and I highly recommend anyone who is looking for CBT care. In regards to the billing staff, Ruben, was unbelievably helpful when my insurance company did not accept coverage because of an error the insurance company had incurred.
