Abbe is a magician! I came to her after suffering with back pain post car accident for over a year. I had seen many other practitioners, but was not seeing significant results. I found that Abbe’s approach to working with the body is one that is compassionate, holistic and meaningful. My experience with most chiropractic is that it is jarring to my nervous system and results are not long lasting or comfortable; this is not the case when I see Abbe. I have been receiving chiropractic tune-ups for the past 8 months with Dr. Abbe of Integrate Chiropractic in Lake Forest. I can say she is an excellent practitioner in the Study of neurological based chiropractic. Each visit, she is able to identify some imbalance between my spinal cord and nervous system and works with the imbalance to find more ease. Her knowledge of the body and how she applies a more holistic approach to restorative healing is exceptional! Definitely recommend!
