Installers did an excellent job installing the new lock. The were very professional and friendly and fast. It was a pleasure to talk to Ralph owner of the company, and a man of his word.

Ralph Kelly, apparent business owner, showed initial interest in a project over the phone, we discussed my emailing photos and descriptions as a followup, and we’d go from there.
