Ralph was over the top helpful. Sent me exactly what I needed to repair my hoppe lock 4 point ext door. Videos and installation instructions spot on and easy to follow. 10 star product and service!
Had them out a year ago to do some work but now does not answer phone, return calls or emails. Maybe they went out of business?
Had to learn the hard way about multipoint lock gear boxes. Thankfully after purchasing and returning two wrong gear boxes I found the Hoppe replacement gear box and the video by Ralph on how to install it. Wonderful support from Ralph, he even called me back on a Sunday. Can't say enough good about the support I received from Ralph Kelley - Integral Windstorm Products LLC who sells the Hopppe gearboxes.
This person completely wasted my time on multiple occasions. I asked for a quote and was told that they would come out for a consultation the next week. I take off of work on the day/ time we had agreed on and the guy never showed up. We rescheduled for another day a week later - I take off work AGAIN and he never showed up nor did he answer my calls until my husband called him.
