Had to learn the hard way about multipoint lock gear boxes. Thankfully after purchasing and returning two wrong gear boxes I found the Hoppe replacement gear box and the video by Ralph on how to install it. Wonderful support from Ralph, he even called me back on a Sunday. Can't say enough good about the support I received from Ralph Kelley - Integral Windstorm Products LLC who sells the Hopppe gearboxes.
This person completely wasted my time on multiple occasions. I asked for a quote and was told that they would come out for a consultation the next week. I take off of work on the day/ time we had agreed on and the guy never showed up. We rescheduled for another day a week later - I take off work AGAIN and he never showed up nor did he answer my calls until my husband called him. Integral Windstorm deserves all of their five star reviews. They saved us tens of thousands of dollars by not having to replace my five sets of Marvin French doors, which we were told by others we would have to do. The multi point locks were frozen and we were unable to open two of our sets of doors. Ralph responded to my call, looked at the problem and said he could fix them and would replace the locking system on all of the doors. Great experience with this company. Ralph was very thorough in diagnosing the problem with our Hoppe lock. Had the necessary part in stock and had it installed less than 24 hours later.
Ralph and his company are the most thoughtful, thorough and professional group I’ve worked with in years.. He really knows his stuff. What a pleasure to deal with.
