IF I COULD 0 STARS I WOULD! FIRST OF ALL WE GET CHARGED $75 FOR A MISSED APPT WHEN MY HUSBAND GOT CALLED AWAY ON BUSINESS TO ANOTHER STATE AND WAS STILL WORKING. REBECCA IN THE OFFICE LEFT ME A VOICEMAIL STATING THAT THERE'S NOTHING SHE CAN DO THEY'RE NOT REFUNDING THE MONEY. I THINK THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! ALSO EVERY TIME MY HUSBAND WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THE COUNSELOR ILAN HALF THE TIME HE JUST STOOD QUIET AND DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING LIKE WHY PAY FOR A SERVICE WITH AN A COUNSELOR WHO IS NOT EVEN COUNSELING. One year ago I was referred to Integral by my health care provider. I received an immediate response and was connected with a therapist at once. The therapist I see is Nicole Mednis. She is an incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable person. I have grown emotionally and intelligently with her care and guidance. She is a phenomenal counselor and I highly encourage those who are reading this review to embark on a life changing and positively transformative journey with Nicole.

Their service is awful. No one answers the phone at their office and their therapists are not the best. I’ve tried two different therapist and one of them talked too much and the other doesn’t give any insight. The network they use for virtual meetings never works and always cuts off. I’ve had to call my therapist on the phone multiple times because their network sucks. Overall not a great place for therapy. Would suggest going to another network.

Integral is truly an asset to our community. A reliable and responsive organization that sincerely aims to serve and help people. My therapist Michael Viscidy, in particular. has been crucial to the progress I am able to look back at, and be proud of today. It's a blessing that I found Integral and I'm glad I made the call when I did. Thank you!
