ISL is a great company to work for or to trust with the care of your loved ones.
Absolute joke of a company. Their facilities are so mismanaged it's ridiculous. They randomly raise prices with no increase in service, and have no communication with family members when there are complications. Stay away
Two stars only because the facility care staff, CNA's and hospice at The Meadows in St George, UT are exceptional as one would expect in a senior memory care facility. However, the administration and directors integrity lies in their business skills and not with their clients and their caregivers. My mother passed end of August 2022 and I notified the facility I had arranged to remove her things but before I could have the movers come and take her belongings to a storage facility nearby (only 5 days later), some of her most ... read more
