Horrible customer service. The representative hung up on me while I was still speaking, which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. This is not an acceptable way to treat a customer.
Dale was great. He always had great communication, worked hard, and made sure it was completed to my satisfaction. He even was willing to accommodate working around my toddlers nap schedule when they were home sick which was greatly appreciated.
Dale is kind, honest, and trustworthy. He was even nice enough to help me fix a problem we were having with the insulation in our home. Dale's rates are also very reasonable--out of a total of five bids, his was the median bid, not too low, and not too high. If you hire Dale, you can rest assured he will communicate clearly and directly every step of the way, with no surprises.
Dale is greatly appreciated. He was friendly, professional, quick to respond to our need for a repair to our roof due to a leaking vent. A quick repair at an affordable price. Would definitely use his services in the future.
