I didn’t find the therapist helpful and she seemed to really struggle to manage her schedule, repeatedly showing up late or cancelling last minute. If you want to be in lifelong therapy for ongoing support, maybe this could be a fine option. If you have specific issues you’re trying to address through targeted intervention, probably not.

Integral psychotherapy was by far the best place to complete my clinical internship and psychotherapy practicum. The building is cozy and inviting (always very clean and stocked with tea!) There is multiple weekly group consultation groups that cultivate a lively collegial culture.
