I contacted this clinic for adult psychological evaluations, expecting a respectful and professional experience. Instead, the administrative process was a chaotic barrier to care. After setting up a confirmed evening intake appointment, it was canceled at the last minute. Furthermore, the portal communication was incredibly disorganized—staff sent random appointment times (9:30 or 1:30) with no calendar dates attached.
