Edit:: August is still a great therapist, however the billing system is very messy. The office charges co pays (or in my case didn’t) in office. After speaking with Sarah back in April and asking her to charge our card on file for the co pays she still didn’t and hasn’t. Billing is 3rd party. The office and billing have little communication. Billing didn’t even try to bill my insurance for the last several months so I received a bill over 4K. I thought the problem was initially resolved back in April when I first noticed it.... read more
