This is the second time I’ve called to set up an initial appointment and no one has gotten back to me after telling me I would receive a call back. I never seek therapy and it’s painful to know that this place is unreliable
Red flag 🚩 Little interest in giving me an appointment. Perhaps the receptionist was having a bad day. But it’s interesting that she works in a place where they are supposed to give people hope and self-motivation. If they no longer have space for more patients, that should be the first thing they say. Many people who call these centers are already frustrated. There is a lack of empathy.
Jonie was a very great therapist who helped me with my dreams and realizing what I need to do next in my life.
