Arzu is a long time colleague of mine, so when I was looking to learn more about insurance and credentialing as a business owner, I reached out to her to gain insight from her experience and expertise. I was not disappointed and appreciated her understanding of insurance, and her ability to teach me so I could be a capable business owner, too. I decided to give Integral Health and Wellness a shot after it popped up on my search of mental health services near me. I had seen probably 7 therapists in the past 3 years and couldn't find one that I both had good rapport with and felt provided quality therapy. And quite frankly, some were just plain bad.
