My family had a great experience with Integral Care Home Care. We only needed a few hours of care on different days each week, and most agencies wanted us to commit to much longer shifts. Integral Care was one of the few that was willing to work around our schedule and accommodate exactly what my dad needed. The caregivers were always kind, dependable, and treated him with respect. Having that flexibility took a lot of stress off our family, and we’re very grateful for their help.

When my sister was discharged from the hospital, we were worried about how she would manage on her own. Integral Care really stepped in and helped every step of the way. My sister lives alone, so having a live-in caregiver was a huge help. The caregiver was wonderful and treated her with kindness and respect every day. We also appreciated how the nurses checked in and made sure everything was going well. Even the marketer would call and stop by regularly to see how my sister was doing, which showed that they genuinely cared. The whole team at Integral Care went above and beyond, and we're very thankful for their support.
