I was recently employed by this company. They run it on a skeleton staff. one RSA at a time for a facility with 40 residents and the memory care side has several fall risks and also runs it with only one RSA at a time. They do not offer tuition assistance despite being assured and hired on the promise they do, and do not train staff adequately. If you want to be worked like a dog while getting treated like crap by the managers, this might be the place for you.
I have had the pleasure and honor of working for IntegraCare for the last 16 years. It is an extended family that I am proud of and values it's team members! Great Place To Work becasue it IS a Great Place to Live!!
