I know a few people who stay here the apartments on the inside is so nice but the one bedroom is small for that much money . But PARKING IS OUTRAGEOUS, you can park anywhere after 5 if you get off at 11 you have to park by the office and walk half a mile to get where your apartment
*UPDATE* I have been here for almost 2 years. I absolutely love living at Integra Trails. The quality of the apartment is very nice. From the appliances, to the counter tops, it does not feel builder grade and instead feels a bit more upscale. I adore the amenities offered. The pool specifically is always maintained and very clean! The maintenance staff is absolutely amazing. They are extremely kind and courteous, and do a phenomenal job. Two words. Paige Phoenix. The level of service AMAZING!!! ALL of the integra trails staff is phenomenal!!! If it wasn’t for an out of state job opportunity I would’ve never left. Quality of living I 100% recommend this community.
