* It's very disappointing and disgusting to me the response I got.I feel basically calling me a liar. That's fine doesn't surprise me, seems to be the practice to any complaint ,a blind eye response is given. I guess I've also imagined the 3 grills that were suppose to be fixed months ago and still only 1 works or the advertised fireplace that has never worked( this is my 3rd summer) or the lawn that went over 2 months un mowed, I'll attach pics since "I imagine things". This apartment complex has significantly declined in the last few years. I have lost all confidence in the property management/owners, and I wouldn't be surprised if the property continue to get worse.My complaints are as follows 1. Hidden fees: Recently every lease renewal has new fees with, with little to no transparency in regards to the fees and where the money is going. I wouldn't be as upset if they maintained the property, however they keep adding fees and the property keeps getting worse. 2. Apt facades: The building... read more
