I’ve had a great experience living here! The community is well-kept, quiet, and feels very safe. The management team is responsive and friendly anytime I’ve had a question or small issue, they’ve taken care of it quickly. The maintenance staff is also reliable and does an excellent job. I love the convenience of the location and the amenities provided, which really make it feel like home. Overall, it’s a decent neighborhood. However, every lease renewal comes with hidden fees that change each time rent is due. If you’re not prepared to spend over $1,800 for a two-bedroom, this place isn’t worth considering. On top of that, the gates have been broken for more than two months and not once have I seen someone working on it. Unfortunately, these apartments are no longer affordable or worth the cost. I will not be renewing my lease.

I love it here! Comfy and clean. Shoutout to the office staff and also to FABIO my maintenance man, he’s the best! Always quick to respond and fix any and everything. My only wish is that the gates would work again, but I’m sure they’re working on a fix. Overall no complaints!
Loving Our New Home! We recently moved in, and everything has been amazing so far. The apartment is clean, modern, and in excellent condition.
