I have lived in this community for two years back in 2018, went overseas, and now I am renting back with no hesitation, I love this place, safe, quiet and well maintained.
My dishwasher was making a terrible noise. I put a ticket in and Fabio was here the next morning and replaced the unit. He cleaned up the area and is a great person from 10x to work with. He’s always friendly and happy to help out. Thank you Fabio!!!
I must say we have experienced nothing but great things while living here!! Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Huge shout out to the maintenance Technician Fabio when he comes in to repair anything he is very respectful and gets the job. Thank you Integra shores for being amazing!!!!
Overall, it’s a decent neighborhood. However, every lease renewal comes with hidden fees that change each time rent is due. If you’re not prepared to spend over $1,800 for a two-bedroom, this place isn’t worth considering. On top of that, the gates have been broken for more than two months and not once have I seen someone working on it. Unfortunately, these apartments are no longer affordable or worth the cost.
