I currently live here. Been here almost 3 years. Gene and staff are wonderful as well as the maintenance crew. I recently transferred apartments and it was a breeze to do so and they worked with me to get me exactly what I needed. I won’t be leaving here anytime soon specially since we are located in a wonderful area
I’ve known Gene for over 5 years and he has always been professional, dependable, and personable. When I recently moved into my house, it reminded me how much I appreciated all the work he did for me at my apartment over the years. He always handled everything with care and took the time to address every concern I had. It’s hard to find someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely takes pride in their work, but Gene does exactly that. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable and trustworthy.
Clean, Pet friendy enviroment, great amenities like gym and pool.
This place is great because all the staff lead by Gene are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The surrounding mature landscape growth actually saves on electricity due to less AC usage which is a bonus for us on a fixed income. The monthly activities and amenities offered like the community room, gym, pool, and grills make 10X a home to enjoy.
The lady I spoke with today to inquire about a bedroom apartment was rude, not to mention they called me to offer a 2 bedroom apartment when I don’t even remember inquiring for this specific complex but instead for their sister community . No one likes doing business when you’re trying to speak to them anbout basic information and they are cutting you Short and speaking over you. Thanks
