Low quality work. I'm sure there are good appraisers here, but I don't recommend Jim Tucker (James Tucker). He did a terrible appraisal on my house which included significant factual errors and an inappropriate set of comps. He just churns these out and doesn't seem to pay attention. The appraisal value was irrelevant, but you'd just expect someone to take pride in their work
