I had an appointment for today and nobody was there, my mom got some paper work last week and one of the lady told her see you next Wednesday. I understand that it's holiday today, but we had this appointment planned for a while for me to come in today, and on top that you guys sent an email saying that the appointment was today at 9:00am. I'm very disappointed, because you guys are supposed to help people.
