I love this place and it's staff they have been understanding with me as far as appointments due to I have no insurance at the moment and me being disabled I can't afford self pay I will keep going here for as long as they let me they have been spot on with all of my issues....

In my opinion this office runs its billing poorly and has an appalling lack of clear communication. 1- For months and months I was told I had a copay for each visit. I knew I didn’t and it took months of arguing and insisting that I did not owe a copay before they realized that they were indeed wrong and I was correct. 2- They insisted that their billing service was mailing a bill to me each month but I never received a single piece of mail from them. I found the medical care by Dr. Qureshi and A.P.R.N. Jennings to be excellent 5 star medical care. They were both thoughtful, intelligent and compassionate care providers. The doctor is great! The staff is not. All the voicemails are always full and I have never been able to have anyone in that office pickup the phone. It doesn’t matter how long you wait on hold the phone it doesn’t get answered. I waited it out for 10mins just to see if anyone would really answer and it was a negative. The staff is everything so it sucks for that a great doctor has horrible staff.
