I called the office with a question about a bill where I had paid $100 out of pocket for an EMG test. When I called Integra I was told they didn't have a billing department, and she would have to email someone. Not surprised I never heard back. Ironically they told me the same thing when I didn't get my test results.......they could find the guy, lol. I'll start calling again, but apparently they don't have anyone that will answer questions. Ridiculous, avoid this place
