They can't deliver anything on time will call and say they will be out the next day the next day the call and either they say they don't have what you need and you have to wait or they call at 4pm and the delivery guy says he just got the order and didn't have what you need on the truck so it will be out tomorrow unless it friday they will call the next day on Saturday and make a new excuse why they can't be out till Monday. My mom a hospice patient passed.. I received a call from Integra DME they would be out today to pic up her bed.: I had to call back to find out they were not coming.. I was told they would come out Saturday.. they didn’t show.: I called I was told they would reschedule and come out mondaY.. then around 7pm I was told he next to last stop would be me with a possibility to reschedule for next day with no set time..I asked for manager and was told they were gone..this is really ridiculous and poor customer service that the bed ... read more
Wow, what a breath of fresh air! I have worked with medical supply companies for many years for my own reasons, and recently had to obtain a lot of medical equipment to care for and ill parent. The customer service staff and delivery team at Integra Health we’re all extremely considerate, sympathetic, and extremely knowledgeable. In contrast when I worked with a competitor to them, Binson’s, the team was unhelpful, not friendly, and do not show me how to use the equipment I needed.
