Felipe was an absolute angel of a delivery man. He went out of his way to ensure my dad could get equipment in a timely manner. I am so grateful he was the one who fulfilled our request. He was kind, timely, and respectful. Integra is lucky to have an employee like him.
Terrible company. Never confirms arrival time. Several hours late. Rude technician.
I would give a 0 star if I could. This company never ever honors the time they say they would come . Once or twice I understand if you’re late. But more than 5+ times coming on times that weren’t even mentioned causing us to leave work to get home or else who knows when they will Come next. Also took 3 days to get bed rails when I was told it would be here the same day . My father almost fell off the bed a few times because of that. Then after my father passed . Driver in truck 208 cut me off on the interstate as I was about to pass him, forcing me to slam on my breaks. Then after I made it around him, I realized I was going to want to call this in. He then drove as SLOW as possible to keep me from doing that. He was staring at his phone or some food or something, and continued to block traffic because he didnt want me to get the truck number.
