Horrible experience. It nearly started with a problem as they tried to cancel delivery of hospital bed after we confirmed delivery date and time. We were told that Integra would not move any furniture and room had to be ready when they arrived. Once they confirmed delivery we removed bed and book shelf. A couple hours latter, they called to inform us they had to cancel because they were too busy. We told them our mother would have no place to sleep as we had bed removed. We did get them to deliver. If I could give this place negative stars I would. My mom was laying in the bed deceased, the mortuary was on the way, and these people called to set up a pick up time. I am disgusted and hope they go out of business. How disrespectful!
I was cut off while cycling by a Integra Healthcare truck. The driver yelled at me afterwards saying he was going to kick my ass. And he threatened to shoot.e with his gun by him on the seat. He pulled up to block the drive thru window and parked in handicap spaces. Jumped out yelling profanity and threats. He walked in McDonald's and I called the police. Terrible place. Terrible people. Terrible owner.
Integra brought oxygen and a hospital bed that was needed for my Mother’s care. They set up a window of time and called when they were 30 minutes out. The delivery and set-up people were awesome - very professional and caring. The process was quite smooth. After my Mom passed, they picked up the equipment the next day - worked around my schedule and it was done in a very respectful manner. I could have not asked for anything better!
