So disappointed in this company spent a tone of money on a custom built trailer drove from Florida to Indiana to pick up the trailer got it home to realize the trailer was made incorrectly which we didn’t realize until we went to put a vehicle in it had to take the trailer back was able to take it to Georgia then had to wait a very long time for another one to be built the mistake was the builders fault not ours and then charged me another $2,000 to have the new one brought to Georgia not a very customer oriented company wou... read more

Wife and I are looking for a trailer. We came across the ORV and were sold by the modernity and layout and aluminum frame. A dealer in Ganonoque ON had a 2023 ORV on their lot and I went to go physically look at it as everything else has been the internet only. I was blown away at the incredibly poor quality in materials, finishes and craftsmanship. Upon inspection of the undercarriage the axles look as though they were from Princess Auto (worse version of Harbor Freight) and the paint was all peeling and littered with rust.... read more

I'm pretty non bias on my Intech Sol Horizon Roover cause it was souly my wife's idea to get a trailer. The market is full of "Hollywood prop" trailers. Pigs with lipstick . I stumbled upon Intech on internet searching. It's a poor man's Airstream. Intech has quality and its not trying to be something other than a functional, simple , battleship of a trailer. It's simply not a p.o.s. you will regret spending more than you wanted. I did not want to spend 10k less and be surrounded by junk sipping coffee at my loose dinnete.

Pros: very convinient and sofisticated travel trailers. Many options that don`t exist with less expensive models from lower market segments. Cons: authorised dealers are scarse and not as good as trailers themseves. Very strict warranty policy. I have Intech trailer for almost a year and all this year I deal with impossible service from official Intech dealer. Because of warranty I can`t deal with an issue myself or in local service. Therefore, despite very good trailers overall, I don`t recommend this manufacturer

I work at an RV dealership that sells Intech travel trailers. Their high quality is not something I'm accustomed to. We rarely have Intechs come back in for service and when we do, it's usually for something minor or maybe a component failed that doesn't have anything to do with Intechs quality. They cost more than your average travel trailer, but man it's so nice to work with a company in this industry that has a solid product from the factory.
