Maybe you should listen to your customers more and when they want specific options, do it. Don't say thats not what we do and refuse to change it for that customer. I'm looking for a specific floorplan with a small bathroom and now a salesman tells me you don't do that and its only certain bathroom sizes and you can't make them smaller. What happened to being a custom trailer builder and satisfying the customer? I guess you only do what's best for making quick money. Shows where your customers stand to you. Last year , I ordered a stacker trailer , after less than 4,000 miles I started blowing tires. I called them and informed them of the trouble , Right away they started saying I was over loading it. Which was not the case. I showed up and showed them the damaged tires ,4 of them , So they replaced all 6 tires and rims and said it was a engineering problem.
