I cannot thank InTech enough for all of their help. They are experts in their field and the best team to work with!
We use their services at our work office, constantly having issues after every time they "Update" our computers. More recently have been having software problems and when I reached out for resolution they asked for more specific details and the files I was requesting I needed for download to correct my problems. Same problem that has been going on for over a year and the files where sent in the first initial E-mail. Theykept calling me and did mot have the customer Id number so I did not respond to their calls and no one called back with the proper ID number
