Has to be the most desperate roofing company around. Definitely the most annoying! I rent and yes I have tiles missing from my roof but my landlord which you guys have already talked to isn't interested in fixing it. I've told the sales people that at least once a month and to stop knocking on my door for it but they just keep coming. Not to mention that there is no soliciting posted at the entrance to our development but they ignore that each time even after me pointing it out.

Roofers did good job, however customer service disappeared after they were payed and my promised refund of over payment was basically dismissed as too bad after waiting for it for a month without any notification. I usually don't make negative reviews but this service was egregious.

My shingles came off my roof a couple of months ago. I called and spoke with the project manager about replacing the shingles. I had to call back to request another call back. But no call back as of 19-9-2025! Horrible experience and service!
