The Intech kindercare is one of the best Kindercare facilities I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and always welcoming. They truly care for their kids and want nothing more than to see them thrive. They are welcoming and excepting to EVERY person who comes through their doors no matter what their background, race or religion. I’m extremely disappointed in the treatment I’ve received during my time with KinderCare, especially from Ms. Reed. I experienced unfair treatment, dishonesty, and what I believe were acts of racism that were ignored by leadership. Ms. Reed not only treated me with disrespect, but also misrepresented facts and situations to HR, painting a false narrative that made it harder for me to be heard or supported. I just want to take the time out to thank all the teachers , staff , and directors they are amazing. I struggle so hard looking for a daycare for all 5 of my children KinderCare intech is a great place. I see the growth in all my children they all work very hard to make sure the needs of my children are meet and I absolutely love that. Over all KinderCare is a great daycare I will continue to keep my kids in this environment thanks ms. reed and ms Lilian !
