Professional good work
Intec has worked on many of my projects. They are always courteous, clean, and fairly priced. They work with the Home Performance with Energy Star program and are tied into Focus on Energy rebates. I would definitely recommend them for any of your air sealing, insulation, and ventilation needs!
Intec insulated the second floor of our Cape Cod and sealed off areas where air was leaking. Eric was terrific to work with in learning about our needs and giving an estimate and follow-up explanations. The office staff were helpful in scheduling, and the onsite work team were professional and friendly. Terrific work all around!
Very nice people have to back in off the street you come in in at a angle but not bad. When you leave go to end of street to turn around in the circle. Fast unload also.
Just had Intec insulate attic, install range hood, and make it vented outside. New bathroom fans, new dryer vent, insulated the wall there as well. The office personnel, Julia, Katrina, everyone, were helpful, Eric quoted and was informative, the crew was very effective. Cleaned up, etc. all in all 5 stars, but 6 stars here. Price was very competitive, and everything was on time and well done. Recommend them. They ALL know their stuff.
