Got tested at this site Friday April 2 for an international flight out of DC evening of April 4th with the understanding results would be e-mailed Sunday April 4 at the latest. Come Sunday morning we still had no e-mail and no results and risked been unable to travel. After numerous calls and e-mails we finally got a response that while our tests were picked up by UPS Friday the lab did not receive them.
