Our company has been using InTandem HR since they first started business. As we've grown, they have grown to keep up. They are now our entire HR department handling payroll, health benefits, long term disability, and employee assistance for all of our employees in five different states. As a result we're able to offer big company benefits even though we're not really that large.

I run a small company that started out with only 4 employees and now has 11. InTANDEM has been there for us the last 3 years of our growth and while there are imperfections (as there is with any human run company), they have always made a full effort to make our experience as delightful as possible.
