My car required extensive repairs after a tree fell on it following a lightning strike. What could have been a very stressful experience was made much easier thanks to the staff at the Intact Service Centre. They took care of coordinating with my insurance company and the rental car provider whenever there were updates or changes, which meant I didn’t have to spend my time going back and forth between everyone involved. Vehicle damage is never fun, but the people at the intact service centre made the whole process smooth and finished repairs in a timely fashion. Ibrahim was very helpful and transparent the whole time and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle as it was being repaired. When I got my vehicle back I was very pleased with the quality of repairs. I’ll definitely return if I ever need bodywork done in the future.
They had my truck for 9 weeks. I was told it was fixed. Went to pick it up and the hood is still out of alignement. There good at bolting on new parts. Not fixing your damage. Now I'm having issues with Intact Insurance rental coverage because the repair shop can't fix vehicles properly.
They took my friends car that one mechanic said it was 6k of damage (accident was no fault of my friend) Intact said bring it to their shop and now it’s over 13k and “written off” …. Make it make sense.
