It showed online that they were open, I placed an order and when I went to pick it up at the designated time, the doors were locked. There weren't any employees in the shop and there's no store hours listed. It was 9:15am, so not sure if they are even still in business
Don’t post the incorrect hours online and waste your customers time. Seriously agitating, made a 20 minute drive for them to be closed at 9:35 when it says it opens at 9:00 on Thursday. Waited outside for about 10 minutes and watched 2 other people walk up and still closed. Open sign not on and not a sight of an employe nearly an hour after saying the location was “open”. Kole was working this morning and he was very attentive, helped us with recommendation's, and provided fast service! The Java smoothie is so good! Thanks again!
