Trying to get commercial quotes and terrible responsiveness. It's been over two weeks so I called the office and requested another contact. We'll see if the new agent wants my business...one star for now.
We are happy with the coverage we purchased through this agency but the customer service and response times from agents are very slow and at times completely unresponsive. Have been trying to update a policy for weeks and ended up having to call the actual company the coverage is with to get the changes made.
I just opened up my first policy with Maria Guel and she was absolutely phenomenal! She explained everything in a way I could understand and made sure to let me ask questions and answer them in full! Highly recommend!
Dawn was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great service and good value.
