Due to some unforeseen circumstances we have had to make a couple of claims on our home insurance. (due to mother nature hating on us) We have been told since we have had issues that we are no longer welcome clients. None of the claims were due to negligence, just luck of the draw. I thought that we have insurance to protect us from loss and it appears that you are to pay for it but never use it as our broker told us.
