I was involved in a major car accident, not my fault and Insureit (SABRINA).was beyond amazing. She was a super star in making sure I was looked after through the entire claims process. I'm back from the hospital and she continues to be there for me. VIP customer care. GB

Wife asked multiple times for a quote which is all documented by email, totally ignored her! Now she wants to cancel and they have this outrageous policy for cancellation. They didn’t even provide a quote after saying she wanted to cancel, just another money grab and is too over priced
Terrible customer service. They miss inquiries and take weeks to respond. When they do, they’re unhelpful and act as if you owe them for doing their job. They charge a full monthly insurance premium upon cancellation and increase your monthly payments.
I am new client to Insureit Group. I was given Carlo name from a friend and him and Vincenzo where an amazing support group. They helped me out through out the whole process and where patient kind and did all the back and forth work for me to find me the best insurance policy. I think I was a difficult customer, but they assured me I was not Would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you again gentlemen, happy holidays. Veronica
