Buying a house, especially your first house, is stressful/ overwhelming because of all the new things you have to learn and do. However, with Mr. Vuona, the closing was something spectacular. He patiently explained to us every detail of the entire folder, quite a thick folder, making sure we understood. BEWARE ASK FOR EVERYTHING INCLUDING A SURVEY: This is the most unprofessional title company I have ever worked with in my life. They were constantly rude, the owner was standing over us in a manner to intimidate because we pointed out they missed an encroachment into an easement on the survey and overall really did absolutely nothing that a title company is supposed to do.
