We had a great experience with Maurice. We have done many closings through the years as me and my Chapter 2 husband have 100 years of combined marriages in our rear view mirrors with many houses, lots, mobile homes etc purchased in those years but this is one of the smoothest closings we’ve had and we definitely recommend Maurice and his staff.
Buying a house, especially your first house, is stressful/ overwhelming because of all the new things you have to learn and do. However, with Mr. Vuona, the closing was something spectacular. He patiently explained to us every detail of the entire folder, quite a thick folder, making sure we understood.
