I was a client here for a few years. Mid-policy they tacked on a ~$200 fee increase out of nowhere. No call, no explanation, just a bill. Towards the end of my policy there was an audit discrepancy with The Hartford. I reached out to the team here for help and was basically told to handle it myself and call the carrier directly.
