I had excellent customer service from Rachel and Kyle at Insure BC Langley, in Walnut Grove. I switched insurance companies this year as I asked for quotes from other insurance companies and found a better rate. They were able to help me change from my old insurance company to new insurance company without my insurance lapsing. With the old insurance company I had two policies, but their effective dates were out by about 9 days. The new insurance company required the effective date of both polices to be the same.
