I had just moved from out of state and my insurance company placed me with insure-wise but they wrote a policy that was overpriced and did not give me enough coverage. When Tom at insure-wise saw the new policy on his desk, he proactively called me to speak to me in person about me needs and ask if he could re-write the policy for a better one that was much less expensive. Tom saved me hundreds of dollars when he did not have to because he cared. I am truly appreciative.
