Last year, they were the best of the best. This year, the insurance jumped $200 more every 6 months. I called and called, and left messages with Insure Idaho to no avail. I sent several emails as well. Ignoring your calls, and emails is the lowest form of customer service.
We recently switched to Insure Idaho and are working with Carrie P. as our agent. The experience has been excellent. Carrie is highly communicative, responsive, and consistently answers our questions with patience and clarity. She is very prompt in providing any documentation we need. We’re very happy with the service and would highly recommend her/them.
Extremely happy!!! Have had the privilege working with Parker at Insure Idaho since 2018. Wow! 8 years! Doesn't seem that long but it's true. What I love the most is i don't have to worry about anything. Incredibly happy with the service! Was running into issues going through YourIdahoHealth by myself. Parker was able to get a conference call with support, help me with the verification process, and get me set up with a plan! Highly recommend this agent!
