Very quick and easy. Did everything over the phone. The agent, Carmen, did a wonderful job answering my questions and finding me a good policy that I can afford.
First off it was not very personal, It was just a guy on the phone. He didn't care one way or another if we purchased insurance coverage the worst part of the whole thing???? He said that our payment was going to be $38.52 per month we got charged $58.92 per month! !!!! we have no tickets, no dui's, nothing.

Manual was fast as well as professional. Answered all my question. He was able to send me all my papers to be signed right away. I had called to begin with to remove someones from my insurance. Manual took a moment looked over my account did whatever it is he does and without me even knowing found me a cheaper company same coverage but less money. Who does that?? Thank you Manual
