Rick helped me when I was very unsure how to manage insurance. At one point, I was so overwhelmed I didn't respond, but once I was able to take another look, he was the first person I reached out to, and he found me several options.
Rick was so patient with me. We had a hard time connecting due to my hectic work schedule but Rick was always making sure we got the process done.
