I’ve been with Insurance tiger since 2015, insuring both my home and car, and I stayed loyal because of the service I used to get. My original agent, Dav, actually did his job—annual check-ins, better rates, clear communication. That’s what kept me there for nearly a decade. Then Dav became a bollywood superstar and I got switched to GAZALA ALI, and everything went downhill. For the past 3 years, there has been zero effort on her end.
