When I opened my small, solo agency in April of 2016, Karly and ITC were there to help every step of the way. It was very important to me to have a digital footprint, and have flexibility. Along the way, a ton of changes have been requested by me to edit the website to fit the growing business model, and ITC and Karly have been extremely flexible and reliable in helping fit my website vision. I know, without a doubt, that my agency would not be where we are today without Karly and the team at ITC.

We are extremely pleased with the service that the employees at ITC have provided. Heather Cherry did a great job at explaining the agency buzz program. She was very detailed and made us feel comfortable to use the system.

For over 20 years we have used this rater. From Floppy disk days until web raters and web site builders they are constantly evolving and upgrading. We love ITC and love how they have grown with us and for us. Any issues are always handled in a timely manner as well! Jennifer Mark Inman Insurance

I used this company to set up and maintain my agencies web page. They take my money every month but when you have an issue.....crickets No help, they just pass the buck. My web page was shut down. I called them, them being the ones that created the web page, and taking my money every month and no help. Go elsewhere avoid them.

I have been a client with ITC for 1 year and the process has not been what i expected. first of all they promised me that i was going to get new leads and all this good stuff but i never seen the results. 1)i always had to call them for updates and give them ideas instead of the other way around. 2) they never called me to strain me on what i can do with agency buzz every time i called and left a message i never got a call back 3) i am really disappointed with ITC. i currently have insurance pro for my agency 4) i got a call... read more
