Great all around. Clear communication, nice team, speedy employees. We closed on our new house on Friday and they squeezed us in to start on Monday so we could cut our homeowners insurance in half immediately. We were impressed with how focused and fast the roofers were always moving. They were so polite and just really nice staff all around. We are having them back for gutters in the spring.
I was having so much anxiety over needing to have my roof replaced. I did not know the best company to go with or anything about roofing and Michael contacted me immediately after I got his name through a recommendation we went through shingle options, he checked my roof to make sure there wouldn’t be any surprises and answered all of my questions. They had great communication every step of the way and dealt with the insurance company, answering any questions they had, to make sure I had received the settlement money before expecting any payment. ISS did a great job, from the initial analysis of the roof issue, next to advocating my case to the insurance agency to the final installation, they were there and supportive the entire process. Always maintaining communication throughout the process, I was never in the dark as to what the status of my project was. Their approach was professional and smooth.
