Extremely frustrating. Switched employers, trying to transfer to my new employer account. My financial person fills out his form, I sign it, and send it in. Nope, rejected because its not your form. Get real! Then, I say how to get you this new form. Fax or mail!!! Omg! Its known 60% of faxes fail, and how much stuff gets lost in the mail, or stolen with personal info on it. Get real! This financial group does not take members secure info serious. Now ur just holding my money hostage.
They have no customer service when they owe you money all they do is drag their feet nothing but the Jewish run around they have your money and they're not going to let it go
