If only I could leave zero stars. I have had multiple company plans with Hemb for the past couple years. My rates went up significantly each year and I looked for cheaper coverage. When Hemb was not able to compare price wise I made the move to switch. Upon letting my agent Greg Blum know I wasn't renewing, he became hostile and refused to ensure my policies were termed properly. Awful customer service and also an awful agent.
Our agent was quick to follow up to all our questions. We had a very short timeline (3 weeks) and he managed to get us the plan with the effective date we needed. He also managed to get UW health to work with us on our employer contribution. We will stay with Hemb as long as our agent does!
Eric was great to work with! He helped me find the right plan and was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hemb if you are in need of insurance. Excellent service! :)
