We just had an unexpected person come to our house today and start taking pictures outside and utilizing a selfie stick to get the backyard photos. We never got a phone call or an email or a letter notifying us so we can actually schedule a time that was good for us. We also did not get any note or contact information to reach back out to them- we only knew they came by because we have cameras. Not a good company to work for, field manager is awful manager, poor communication with her inspectors will randomly unassigned and reassign zip codes without proper communication as to her reasoning why, and it takes her days to come up with the "reason" but wanted us as the inspectors to always email her about anything under the sun even when we ask for help she barely responds, even though I have proof that she doesn't. She will also break contracts and come up with any reason to please her bosses to cover up her mistakes... read more
This company does inspections for insurance companies. The findings of the inspection shows granual loss on the roof and now need a new roof. A thorough inspection would have revealed wind damage from a recent hurricane which is a covered loss. This is how the insurance companies get out of paying for covered losses.
