We had extensive storm damage that required drying equipment, as well as truss, roof, gutter, wall, ceiling and floor repairs. Everyone of of the trades people did a top-notch job and used quality materials. I am very happy with the work done! The job took a bit longer than I expected, but part of that was due to delays by the engineering firm and city approvals. To be fair, payment took longer that IRP would have liked due to delays by our insurance company.

BEST BEST BEST. IDR has been in business for decades for a reason. Excellent service, honest, reliable, respectful, and the job was done right the first time. Highly recommend IDR!!!

My mother had this company start a small job back on March 8, 2025 and here we are on May 24, 2025 with the job not yet completed. If I could give zero stars here I would. The project manager seems in absolutely no hurry to finish this job, perhaps this was too small of a job for him. I know in my personal opinion that they shouldn't be getting paid the full quoted amount simply because they've dropped the ball so many times at this point. Insurance Repair Pros were so responsive and professional, from the lovely woman answered our calls, to Jim who managed the sheetrock and carpet vendors, to the vendors themselves. All work was well done and timely. Highly recommend!
