Absolutely the worst insurance company to do business with. My agents name is bryce and he spends zero time helping with my coverage. They allowed me to almost not even be covered at all when it came to my house. I live in a townhome and they only covered 1000 dollars to pay for damages to my roof. Total cost exceeded 10,000. I've been trying to contact my agent or literally anyone at this location with zero success for a solid week. This is easily the worst customer service I've experienced in quite a while. I'm trying to cancel my commercial business insurance policy but have emailed, called, and left messages for numerous people, including my own agent, at this location with no follow-up. DO NOT use this insurance provider if you plan to ever cancel this policy as it's been nothing but pulling teeth.
